Insurance process

We support clients through all stages of the insurance process, from analysis, preparation, review and signing of the policy, to claims reporting including claims support. We ensure an individual approach and tailor-made insurance solutions designed to meet the specific requirements and workflows of companies.

Our cooperation begins with a presentation to the company and the signing of authorization. In the next step, we review the existing insurance documentation, prepare a claims analysis, and conduct an on-site risk assessment.

Following discussions with the client, we prepare a Risk Analysis, which, together with their needs and requirements, serves as the foundation for developing an insurance program. The ultimate goal is to optimize insurance coverage for the client at the lowest possible cost, simplifying the insurance process in terms of cost, claims payouts, and time efficiency.

Risk Analysis

The risk analysis is a document prepared after reviewing the existing situation and past claims history. It identifies the risks to which the company is exposed, determines insurable risks, and defines the optimal way to transfer these risks to the insurer.

Solution Proposals

Solution proposals are presented before the finalization of the insurance program. They include the transfer and identification of catastrophic risks, with suggestions for premium optimization using insurance-technical mechanisms.

Insurance Program

The insurance program defines the types of insurance, coverage limits, deductibles, and other details according to the client’s needs and requirements. The selected program serves as the basis for soliciting offers from insurers.

Claims Resolution

Claims resolution is a critical part of the insurance process, where policyholders often need expert support. We educate staff involved in the insurance and claims process on coverage and claims filing procedures. In the event of a claim, we provide professional support based on our knowledge of insurance terms, claims handling practices, and negotiation strategies.

Monitoring Changes

Monitoring changes is essential as the business environment evolves, along with the client’s needs and requirements. This necessitates appropriate adjustments to the insurance program.
